Joseph first played netball at the age of 12, and has gone on to represent both Queensland and Australia. After moving to Townsville in late 2024, Joseph delved deeper into his passion for coaching and player development, taking on numerous coaching roles in 2025, including Phoenix Premier League and North Queensland United’s 16U State Titles team.
